The form collects your name, work email, organization, role, country, selected materials and project message. Do not submit personal medical information, restricted scientific information or third-party personal data without authorization.
We use this information to review and respond to the enquiry, maintain relevant business records and protect the form from abuse. Access is limited to authorized personnel.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are transmitted over HTTPS and stored as encrypted records on the site server. A notification is sent through our configured email provider to the business contact mailbox. Email and messaging providers handle communications under their own terms.

Retention and your choices

This website uses 51.LA for page-visit statistics. Its browser script sends page-view and browser/device information to the service provider. We do not configure enquiry form contents to be sent to 51.LA. The enquiry list is stored locally in your browser and can be cleared by removing the selected items or clearing site storage.
International communications
The website and our business contacts may involve service providers or recipients in different countries. Before sharing information, consider your organization’s requirements. Submitting an enquiry does not require sending sensitive technical content.
