Destination review comes first
The destination country, importer, material identity and intended use influence the relevant review. A research-use statement is not an import permit and does not establish legal eligibility by itself.
International coordination covers the commercial document list, consignee details and the responsibilities agreed with the institutional customer. Shipment acceptance remains subject to destination requirements and carrier review.
Documents should tell one consistent story
The material designation, quantity convention, package count and parties should be consistent across the commercial invoice, packing list and relevant supporting documents. Avoid substituting an informal trade name for a verified identity.
Delivery conditions, storage information and any special transport requirements must come from the applicable documents and written agreement. We do not publish a universal shipping temperature or guaranteed customs clearance.
No local office is implied
Our regional resources explain enquiry considerations for different markets. They do not represent local stock, regulatory approval or a physical office in those countries.
Project review checkpoints
Institutional context → public scope review → documentation discussion → written responsibilities.
