Understand what each document establishes
A product specification describes agreed requirements. A certificate of analysis describes a particular batch and the tests reported for it. A safety data sheet addresses hazard communication for its stated scope. These documents serve different purposes.
We review the document issuer, material identity, batch identifier, dates and the relationship between the specification and the reported result. No generic certificate is presented as proof for every catalog item.
Evidence stays attached to its scope
Analytical identity, content and chromatographic purity are distinct concepts. A percentage without a named method and sample context is incomplete. We do not publish a universal purity claim across the catalog.
Certification is also scope-specific. Corporate quality-system certification, where verified, does not by itself certify an individual material for a particular end use.
Request the appropriate record
Include the material, batch or document reference and your institution. If the document is not yet available in the online register, the team will review the request. A missing search result is not a certificate and does not prove that a material has passed any test.
Corporate qualifications
Company-supplied qualification imagery is held for review. Specific certificate numbers, issuing bodies, legal entities, valid dates and scopes must be checked before a certification claim is published.
Request the applicable documents for your project. We do not infer an individual product approval from a collage, a logo or a general company description.
Project review checkpoints
Institutional context → public scope review → documentation discussion → written responsibilities.
